IMPORTANT STATEMENT!

After a long discussion and considaration the Organization Commitee decided to organize two pararell tournaments of a great international rank, and one of them call as International Kato Cup in a new competition formula as opposed to Asai Cup.

The idea was to set up a big international tournament for competitors under 16 years old that is being held under Sensei Sadashige Kato patronage, and will be a permanent event of an international Karate-do fixture list.

We would like to note that the World Karate Champion title conferred on a person under 16 years old does not raise a Karate-do prestige worldwide.
